Innisfree will open about one hour before sunrise for photographers and other artists, birders, and anyone else who would like to experience the garden bathed in spectacular golden light.
Greet the sunrise with a sound bath and morning ablutions for mind, body, and soul. Like Innisfree itself, this ancient therapeutic practice with roots in Tibet uses sound and listening to “transform space—both physically and psychologically – for the purpose of creating connection and healing” (Sara Auster). Participants lie or sit down immersed in healing sound and simply focus on listening to reach a relaxed or even dreamlike state.
No prior experience with meditation or yoga is required. Mats and blankets are strongly suggested as the ground and the morning might be chilly. If you cannot lie on the ground, you are welcome to bring your own folding chair.

$10 general admission; $5 seniors (65+) and children (ages 4–12); Innisfree members free
